Delivery of Goods
We aim to have products out to you within 7-10 days. If you have special needs please contact us first to see if we can accommodate them. If a product is out of stock then we will contact you immediately with an expected delivery time. If this is acceptable we will continue with the order or if prefered by yourself look at an alternative item or refund your purchase.
Returns
Change of Mind
If on receipt you decide the product is not for you then it can be returned for a refund. It must be sent back within 14 days of receipt and complete. A refund cannot be given on any postal costs taken when sold or for the cost of the return.
Damaged Products
If on receipt the product is damaged please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
